The darkest months of winter are here… but so is the chance to bring back some light together.

We are more than excited to invite you to International Night Odense 2026 on March 13 at Ø6.

This year, our theme is Northern Lights - a celebration of light, color, and joy in the heart of winter. Just like the mesmerizing northern lights brighten the night sky, this evening is all about lighting up the darkness with laughter, music, and connection.

The program is packed with highlights, including:

• Social Dining - vegan-friendly menu
• Drag Bingo after dinner - meet our wonderful drag hostesses Martha and Duchess and win great prizes
• Welcome speech by Deputy Mayor Søren Windell
• International Stand-up Comedy: Kriti Prajapati (India) and Ulug Bek (Uzbekistan) are back in Odense with their new show: Almost Danes 2
• Live music performances powered by KRFTWRK - Odenses brand new cultural center, and a nationally and internationally oriented development environment for contemporary music
• Networking opportunities

Theme and dress code

The theme of the night is "Northern Lights", which means a chance to shine in the dark, so we encourage you to dress either in the colors matching the theme – or just come as your own sparkling self!

Afterparty

Please note that there is a limited number of tickets, and the event might sell out. Tickets are non-refundable.

Organizers

The event is organized by International House Odense, City of Odense, and University of Southern Denmark. The information you register when purchasing a ticket will be visible to the organizers of the event.

Photo and video

Photos and videos will be recorded during the event for publicity and marketing purposes. We use an online tool for editing and storing our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform one of the team members from International House Odense present at the event.
